用户调压器静态特性的分析与研究

本文应用了动量方程、能量方程、连续性方程、绝热过程方程式和静力平衡等方程式,对某一典型的用户调压器的热力过程进行了详细的分析和研究,推导出该类调压器的静态压力—流量特性方程式,通过对该类调压器的实验结果表明:此流量特性方程式是完全正确的,这就为今后改善和提高调压器的调节质量,提供了有力的理论依据,同时也对求取其它类型调压器特性方程式有较大的借鉴作用。

ANALYSES OF AND STUDIES ON THE STATIC CHARACTERISTIC OF SERVICE REGUIATORS

This thesis studies in detail the gas thermodynamic process through a typical service regulator by means of applying the momentum equation, energy equation, continuing, isentropic process equation and force balance equation under the static state, and obtains the static pressure-flow characteristic equations of this type of service regulators. The equations are completely right by testing them. The powerful theory foundations are provided for us to improve the regulation quality. At the same time, the basic principles and methods expounded in the thesis are beneficial fotus to obtain the static pressure flow characteristics of other type service regulators.
