水性聚氨酯抗静电剂的研制

摘    要:以聚醚N-210和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料,合成水性聚氨酯,再用脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚的季铵盐衍生物改性制备得到一种水性聚氨酯抗静电剂。通过对此聚氨酯抗静电剂的性能检测,探讨了对抗静电性能影响的因素。结果表明,此抗静电水性聚氨酯有良好的抗静电性能和物理机械性能。

Abstract:Waterborne polyurethane was synthesized, Using polyether N-210 and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) for the main raw materials, and then gathered with fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether quarter amine salt derivatives to abtain a new type of anti-static agents. Through the anti-static agent performance examination,influence factors on the resistance static electricity performance was discussed. The results indicated that,this anti-static agent has the good anti-static performance and the physical performance.
