梯度功能材料对内燃机耐久性的影响

摘    要:通过小型汽油机台架试验,研究了陶瓷-金属梯度功能材料对内燃机耐久性的影响。实验表明内燃机滑动摩擦零件的表面采用陶瓷-金属梯度功能材料后,可使内燃机的动力性、燃油消耗率和耐久性均得到明显改善。分析表明该梯度功能材料可以显著降低运动件之间的摩擦系数,提高其耐磨性,同时可以提高活塞环与缸套的密封性,从而有效地降低内燃机的摩擦损失和漏气损失。

Abstract:The influences of Ceramic Metal FGM(Functionally Gradient Material) on the durability of internal combustion engines are investigatd through small gasoline engine bed tests. The tests show that the power ontput, specific fuel consumption, and durability of the engine are obivously improved when the sliding surfaces of friction parts of the engine adopt Ceramic Metal FGM. The analysis shows that the Ceramic Metal FGM can greatly decrease the friction coefficient of the moving parts, improve their wear resistance and improve the tightness of piston rings and cylinder liner so as to decrease the losses of friction and leakage of the engine.
