摘    要:对德州电厂1号汽轮机组在经过DEH控制系统改造后高压主汽门杆发生蒸汽泄漏的原因进行了分析,认为蒸汽泄漏是热态时阀门开度不足所致。通过调整热控参数,消除了热态时阀门开度不足问题,主汽门杆再未发生蒸汽泄漏。

Abstract:After retrofitting the digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) Control System of the steam turbine unit no.1 in Dezhou Power Plant, the valve stem leakage has occurred on the highpressure main steam valve, and the causes leading to the said leakage being analysed. Through adjustment of the thermal control parameters, the valve stem leakage problem of the main steam valve resulted from insufficient opening in hot state has been eliminated.
