南水北调中线工程天津干线料场取样方法分析

摘    要:根据南水北调中线天津干线工程砂料场细度模数偏低、人工骨料均具有碱活性的现状,对沙河、中易水河砂料场及人工骨料场现状进行了全面调查,上述料场均已大规模开采,经分析采用在成品料堆中系统取样的方法,试验结果砂料提高了细度模数,满足了规范要求;在含有碱活性的燧石条带和燧石结核的地层中,筛选出了碱活性符合规范要求的料场。

Abstract:Due to the fact that the proposed borrow sites of sand for the Tianjin section in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is too low in fineness modulus and the artificial aggregates are alkali-reactive, a comprehensive investigation has been carried out for the conditions of the alternative borrow sites of sand in Sha fiver, Mid-Yishui fiver and the artificial aggregate sites, where large scale excavation are underway. According to the analysis of comprehensive sampling, the fineness modulus of sand is improved as the test results show, which can meet the requirements of relevant code. For the strata with flint concretions or bands which are alkali-reactive, some sites are selected through in-vestigation where the processed aggregates can meet the requirements of code in alkali-reaction.
