基于有限元的丝网张力计受力分析

摘    要:采用有限单元膜单元来模拟丝网,根据丝网张力计的工作原理简化张力计的载荷分布,从而建立了丝网与张力计共同作用下的受力状态模型.利用ANSYS软件进行仿真,分析丝网尺寸大小和测量点位置变化对丝网张力测量值的影响,从而为正确使用张力计提供了数据支持.实验结果与仿真结果进行比较,两者极为符合,验证了仿真分析的正确性.

Abstract:The finite element membrane unit was used to simulate the silk screen.Then the load distribution of the tension meter was simplified according to its working principle and a silk stress state model was established under the combined action of silk and silk tension meter.ANSYS was used for simulation analysis to obtain the influence of silk size and the location of the measuring point in silk tension measurement,thus providing supporting data to use the silk tension meter properly.Finally,it was compared with the actual tension measurement results.They are consistent with each other and verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis.
