摘    要:供电企业长期处于社会垄断地位,发展靠国家、效益靠政策、管理靠行政手段。随着市场经济的发展,供电营销处于改革大潮的风头浪尖。营销管理必须服从改革创新的需要,而且离不开管理信息系统的支持。本文在分析供电企业市场定位、供电营销的改革创新思路的基础上,提出了支持创新实现的营销管理信息系统科学的建设方法。

Abstract:Power supply corporation has been in public monopoly for a long time,developing upon the country,getting benefit upon the policy and managing upon the administration means.Along with the developing of the market economy,power supply operating and selling is on the wave crest of the electric power corporation reformation's spring tide.Managing the selling and operating system must obey the need of reformation and innovation.This article brings forward the building method of selling and operating information system,which is based on analyzing the market orientation of the power corporation and the thought of power supply's managing and innovation.
