| 摘 要： | 中国石油独山子石化分公司乙烯厂乙烯装置经过扩建后,丙烯精馏塔的负荷增加了约50%,在更换塔盘后,产品质量仍然不稳定。该厂以流程模拟软件的计算结果为指导,通过合理优化操作参数,在一定程度上提高了丙烯产品质量并使之稳定。

| Abstract: | The load of propylene rectification column in Dushanzi Ethylene Complex was increased by 50%.Af- ter replacing the trays of propylene rectification column, the quality of propylene has not been improved.Process simulation software-Hysys is used to optimize the opera- tion parameters of propylene rectification column,and better and steadier quality of propylene is obtained. |
