双Wollaston棱镜分光特性的研究

摘    要:对双Wollaston棱镜中光波的传播特性进行了细致和深入的分析,给出了棱镜中生成的两束光光程差的具体表达式,为偏振型空间调制干涉光谱仪的设计和应用提供了理论依据.在不同切割角条件下,对光程差与入射角的关系进行了计算机模拟.模拟结果表明光程差和入射角的关系具有较好的线性,切割角越大的线性越好.但是切割角大,光容易从棱镜侧面逸出.选择必要的切割角、合适的入射点和恰当的入射角范围是设计双Wollaston棱镜型干涉光谱仪必须考虑的问题.

Abstract:The transmission characteristic of beams created in double Wollaston prisms is discussed in detail, the exact expression is given and useful theoretical basis for design & application of spatial modulated interferometer are afforded. Under different cut-angle circumstances the optical path differences(opd) with different incident angles i is calculated accurately and completely. The results show that the opd versus i has nice linearity, and the bigger of cut-angle, the better linearity will be gotten. But the cut-angle is big, the beams escaping from the side face of the prisms is easy. The proper cut-angle, the suitable incident position and the appropriate range of incident angle is the most important question in design spatial modulated interferometer.
