摘    要:电压稳定约束下的最优潮流(VSCOPF)是兼顾经济性和稳定性的多目标优化问题.VSCOPF模型将降低考虑机组阀点效应的发电费用和提高系统静态电压稳定裕度同时作为目标函数,并计及了预想事故下的安全约束.提出一种包含多目标优化和多属性决策的两阶段解法.在第1阶段,采用自适应多目标差分进化来搜索VSCOPF的Pareto前沿...
