聚氨酯改性不饱和聚酯树脂的制备

利用二步法由二元醇、二元酸及TDI合成一种聚氨酯改性不饱和聚酯树脂,第一步由二元醇和二元酸合成以羟基封端的不饱和聚酯,第二步利用不饱和聚酯的—OH与TDI的—NCO反应合成聚氨酯改性不饱和聚酯,使得树脂分子链段上既有不饱和链节又含有聚氨酯基团,结合了聚氨酯涂料和不饱和聚酯涂料的优点,使其涂膜性能优异。试验发现TDI加入量为10%时效果最佳。

Preparation of Polyurethane Modified Unsaturated Polyester Resin

In this paper,a two-step method is studied to prepare polyurethane modified unsaturated polyester resin by diols,dicarboxylic acid and TDI.At the first step,diols and dicarboxylic acid are mixed to synthesize hydroxyl-terminated unsaturated polyester.At the second step,The —OH in the unsaturated polyester and —NCO in TDI are reacted to get polyurethane modified unsaturated polyester.Finally,there are both unsaturated chain and polyurethane group in the resin molecular chain.Thus,the coatings can have the advantages of both polyurethane coatings and unsaturated polyester coatings to achieve good film properties.The test proves that when the TDI volume is at 10% the best performance can be achieved.
