| 摘 要： | 本文提出的定长系统是光学、电子、精密机械和单片微型计算机一体化的在线计量系统,并兼有测长等多功能。它通过光电传感器装置检测线材的长度信息,利用单片微型计算机系统进行实时数据处理和在线自动控制。实验结果表明,该系统具有高精度、在线测量等优点,测量精度达到0.5％。

| Abstract: | This length determination system is a self-regulation measuring system taking opstics, electronics,precision machinery and mono-microcomputer as a whole and has the multi-function of measuring length. It examines the length information of a wire rod through a device of photoelectric sensor and carries on simultaneous data process and self-regulation automatic control with a micro computer. The experimental result shows that this system has the advantages of high precision and self-regulation measurement and that the measuring precision can be raised more than 5% compared with the mechanical meter now in use. |
