| 摘 要： | 为了提高评估质量实现快速评估，使评估结果具有可比性，提出了一种评估水闸老化状态的专家系统方法。该方法充分利用了人类专家的实践和理论知识，并能补充一些未知信息。由于承载能力复核和评估因素计算等工作，皆由计算机来完成，从而大大提高了评估速度，人们可以很方便地使用这一评估软件。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the evaluation quality, quicken the evaluation and make the results of evaluation more comparable, this paper presents an evaluation method of using expert system. This method not only makes full use of the experience and the theoretical knowlodge of human experts, but also supplies some unknown information. Since the calculation tasks of loading bearing capacity and the evaluation of factors are completed by computer, the speed of evaluation is highly improved, so that this evaluation software can be used easily. |
