| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了一种对二值文件图像进行高倍率信息压缩的编译码技术。由于把模式匹配的技术引进到编码过程,信息压缩率得到了很大的提高;也因采取了一系列措施使收端译码恢复出来的图像同原图非常相近。 通过对CCITT的8幅标准文件图中最典型的4幅进行压缩编译码的计算机仿真试验,表明采用本技术达到的编码信息压缩率大大地超过了传统的一维或二维游程编码图像压缩技术。

| Abstract: | The main objective pursued by the image coding is to reach the maximal nformation, compression ratio and to approximate the restored images at the receiver end to the originaal ones as close as possible.In this paper a noval coding and decoding technique with high compression performance for binary document transmission is described. By using of the pattern matching and other measures the compression ratio is raised remarkably and restored images are closed to the original ones very well.Four of eight standard testing document images issued by CCITT are simulated) the results are much better than that of previously published techniques. |
