对我国反垄断立法进程的反思

备受关注的《反垄断法草案》,如期出现在6月24日召开的十届全国人大常委会第22次会议议程里。这意味着,历经12年之久的起草阶段,反垄断法草案终于正式进入中国最高权力机关的立法程序。然而这部历经坎坷的法律案有着怎样的身世;社会各界为它的问世不遗余力的鼓与呼,它立法缓慢的原因何在;它一旦问世会给我们的生活带来怎样的变化。人们对该法应有正确的了解和认识。

Reflections on the Legislation of the Draft Anti-Monopoly Law

The Draft Anti-Monopoly Law in China has attracted much public attention and finally scheduled for discussion in the 22nd meeting of the NPC Standing Committee held on June 24.This means that 12 years drafting stage of the anti-monopoly law has ended and stepped into the official legislative process executed by China's supreme power organ.The background of the hard birth of this anti-monopoly law and the enormous changes it will bring to our lives is analyzed in this paper.
