摘    要:以聚氯乙烯和多乙烯多胺为原料合成了聚氯乙烯-多乙烯多胺树脂,并用红外光谱对多胺树脂结构进行了表征.再以聚氯乙烯-多乙烯多胺树脂为催化剂,以柠檬酸和正丁醇为原料,苯作带水剂,在115~140℃回流反应,合成了柠檬酸三丁酯.研究了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间及带水剂用量等因素对反应的影响,并对树脂催化剂的重复使用性能进行...

Abstract:To research the optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of tributyl citrate plasticizer with polyamine resins as catalyst,polyvinyl chloride-polyethylene polyamine resins was synthesized with polyvinyl chloride(PVC) and polyethylene polyamine as materials and characterized by IR spectra.And then,the tributyl citrate was synthesized with citric acid and n-butanol as materials, polyamine resins as catalyst and benzene as water-carrying agent under 115 - 140℃.The influencing factors on the reaction have been studied,such as the amounts of catalyst,reaction time and the water -entrainer,etc.At the same time,the performance of the reused catalyst has been discussed.The results show that the optimum conditions of the reaction are:n(citric acid):n(n-butyl alcohol)=1: 4,amount of catalyst,3%(weight percentage of whole reactants),reaction time 3.5 h.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the yield of the esterification is above 96.8%.
