C11烯酮裂解制甲基庚烯酮工艺研究

摘    要:由C11烯酮裂解制备了甲基庚烯酮,考察了原料配比、水解反应时间、原料组成等条件对反应的影响.较佳的工艺条件为n(异戊烯基甲基戊烯酮):n(乙醇胺):n(氢氧化钠):n(水)=1:2:0.07:2,反应温度95~120℃,反应时间4h,在此条件下,甲基庚烯酮收率达到98%以上.

Abstract:The process for preparing methylheptenone by hydrolytic cracking of prenyl mesityl oxide was studied.The influencing factors of cracking such as the molar ratio of reactants,hydrolytic reaction time,composition of reactants,etc were studied.The results showed that the optimal reaction parameters were:n(prenyl mesityl oxide):n(ethanolamine):n(sodium hydroxide):n(water) = l: 2:0.07:2,reaction temperature 95 - 120℃,reaction time 4 h.Under these conditions,the yield of methylheptenone exceeds 98%.
