基于声固耦合模型的车内低频结构噪声响应分析

摘    要:根据模态相似原则建立某重型商用车简化的驾驶室有限元模型。在此基础之上建立驾驶室的声固耦合模型,并利用声学模态试验验证了模型的正确性。通过实车道路试验测量怠速工况和匀速行驶工况下驾驶室悬置点的激励信号和车内振动噪声响应信号。将测量的激励信号施加于声固耦合模型进行频率响应分析,计算20~200 Hz范围的车内结构噪声。将得到的振动噪声响应仿真结果与试验结果进行对比分析。分析表明,仿真响应频谱能够反映出激励谱和模态的影响,与试验结果相符。利用此模型预测车内振动噪声水平,也具有较高精度。
