摘    要:应用单片机、步进电机驱动芯片、字符型LCD和键盘阵列,构建了集步进电机控制器和驱动器为一体的步进电机控制系统.采用AT89S51单片机实现对两相步进电机的转速控制.由单片机产生的脉冲信号经过脉冲分配器后分解出对应的四相脉冲,通过分解出的四相脉冲经驱动电路功率放大后驱动步进电机的转动.该装置可以有效的减少系统开发领域的周...

Abstract:In this article, appliying the SCM, stepper motor driver CMOS, character type LCD and keyboard array, the stepper motor control system which is consisted of stepper motor controller and driver are constructed. AT89S51 SCM is adopted to realize the controlling of rotate speed for two related stepper motors. The impulse signal from the stepper motor is changed into four corresponding impulses by the impulse distributor and the four decomposed impulses drive the stepper motor's roUing by the driver circuit's enlarged power. The device can reduce effectively the cycle time of system development area and cost.
