| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了对港口机械设备的管理，通过对港口机械设备管理中的问题的阐述和分析得到目前我国港口机械管理现状的几个问题，包括：管理意识的缺乏，管理与维修的滞后，管理人才的缺乏以及维修与保养的技术落后。通过阐述，可以了解到目前我国港口机械设备管理的缺陷，从而有针对性的对港口机械设备的管理进行加强。
