高固含量磺酸型水性聚氨酯的合成及工艺研究

SYNTHESIS OF SULFONIC TYPE HIGH SOLID WATERBORNE POLYURETHANE

Based on polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTHF),the high performance and high solid waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was synthesized using polybutyleneglycol adipate(PBA) and isoflurane ketone diisocyanate(IPDI) as the main raw materials by combining the emulsification and the selfemulsion method,which used 2,2 dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and sulfonate hydrophilic(HSJ) as chain extender.The conditions influencing the quality of WPU emulsion and film were studied,such as the molar ratio of —NCO/—OH(R),the different ratio of polyether to polyester,DMPA,sulfonate hydrophilic chain extender.The results showed that when R was 1.3,DMPA was 1.6%,the content of the sulfonated chain extender was about 0.5%,and the emulsification was 1.6%,WPU emulsion whose solid content is 54%,having low viscosity,good stability and good mechanical properties could be synthesized.
