摘    要:为改善精密锻造机锻造轴类件横向性能,设计一种新型锤砧——V字锥形锤砧,即在普通锤砧定径区两侧的主工作斜面上堆焊开口相反的两个V字锥形突起。对V字锥形下端的金属流动情况及坯料子午面与横截面上的变形进行分析,运用DEFORM软件对普通锤砧锻造与V字锥形锤砧锻造进行数值模拟,比较选定的5个横截面上典型点的应力应变,结果表明:使用V字锥形锤砧锻造,增加了金属的横向流动性,变形区的等效应变等效应力增大;减小了变形差异程度,横截面上各点的变形差异程度减小30%以上;改善了轴线心部的应力状态,中心点的轴向拉应力减小50%。生产实践表明,使用V字锥形锤砧替代普通锤砧锻造芯轴,有效提高了锻件的力学性能。
