基于资金时间价值的电厂项目建设成本控制方法

从影响项目成本的资金流出发，提出了基于资金时间价值理论的电厂建设项目成本控制方法，即在不影响项目工期及质量的情况下，运用资金时间价值理论对项目建设过程进行合理优化，把占用资金量大的子项目尽可能向后推移，以降低项目建设期的利息，进而降低项目建设期的成本。最后通过实例分析验证了所提方法的合理性。

Research on Construction Cost Control Method of Power Plant Project Based on Time Value of Funds

Starting with the cost flow that impacting the project cost, based on the theory of time value of funds the authors propose a construction cost control method for power plant project, that is, to reasonably optimize the construction process of the project by use of the theory of time value of funds and under the presupposition of ensuring both construction period and engineering quality of the project as well as to carry over the construction of sub-projects occupying large amount of funds as backward as possible to reduce the interest payment during the construction period of the project, and then to reduce the cost during the construction period of the project. Case study results validate the reasonableness of the proposed method.
