| 摘 要： | 随着自动控制技术的不断进步,汽轮机控制由液压机械调节逐步被电液自动调节所取代,数字式调节器因此得到广泛运用。文章介绍了WOODWARD"505"汽轮机控制器的基本控制原理及其在贵冶KKK饱和蒸汽透平机组上的实际应用,对透平的调速控制、串级控制、辅助控制三种控制模式进行了详细的阐述,并对主要控制过程进行了编程组态。

| Abstract: | With the progress of autocontrol technology, the steam turbine control has been changed into electro liquid adjust instead of hydraulic press mechanism, so the digistal adjuster can be widely adopted. In this article, the basic control principle of the WOODWARD ＂505＂ steam turbine controller and GuiYe KKK saturated steam turbine unit on the actual application of the main control process programming and configuration are introduced. The three control modes of speed adjusting, cascade adjusting and supplementary control are expounded in detail. |
