单相异步电机在线堵转性能测量方法研究

摘    要:在大批量小功率异步电机微机自动测试系统中 ,快速测量电机堵转性能的方法一直是研究的重点。本文针对单相异步电动机特点 ,扼要阐述了电机堵转试验动态测试法的原理及特性 ,并在此基础上提出了稳态条件下堵转试验新方法一单绕组通电法。通过理论分析和实验论证 ,单绕组通电测试法可在稳态条件且不加制动的情况下测量电机堵转电流和功率 ,非常适用于微机自动测试系统。

Abstract:In the computerized automatic test system of small asynchronous motor, the research on method of rapid measuring locked rotor performance is always an emphasis. Thinking about single phase asynchronous motor, this paper introduces the principle and property of the dynamic test method of locked rotor experiment first. Then a new method called Single Winding Energization is presented. Through research and practice, this method is valid for measuring the current and power of single phase asynchronous motor during locked rotor experiment under steady conditions without braking, and is more suitable for the computerized automatic test system.
