摘    要:分析了防城港马正开海(河)堤工程建设对防城湾环境的影响,包括对防城湾潮流流场及滩涂演变可能造成的影响,对防城江行洪和纳潮量的影响。提出了控制和减缓环境影响的措施。

Abstract:Analysis is made on the influence of the engineering construction of Mazhengkai sea(river) dike on the environment of Fangcheng bay,including the influence on tidal flow field and beach evolvement of Fangcheng bay,as well as the influence on flood travel in and tide accepting volume of Fangcheng river.Measures for controlling and alleviating environment impact are also put forward.
