摘    要:研究了用液相法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2的制备工艺、结构和性能。研究表明,液相法合成的LiCoO2首次充电容量160mAh/g,放电容量145mAh/g,充放电效率为90.6%。另外,采用本工艺合成的LiCoO2正极活性材料性能稳定,工艺简单、操作方便,适合批量生产。

Abstract:The preparation technology, structure and charateristics of LiCoO2 by solution methed as positive active nlaterial for Li-ion batteries were studied. The results showed that LiCoO2 electrochemical properties are good with inltial charge capacity of 160 mAh/g and discharge capacity of 145mAh/g,and the charge/discharge efficieney ratio is 90. 6% The LiCoO2 synthesised by our technique had these advantages: stable performance, simple technique process, convenient operation, This technique is suited to production.
