微合金低碳贝氏体钢变形抗力的研究

摘    要:在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上采用圆柱试样压缩的方法,研究了微合金高强度低碳贝氏体钢在不同变形条件下变形抗力的变化规律。结果表明:变形抗力随变形量、变形速率的增加而增加,随着温度的提高而降低,并且这种态势随变形温度、变形速率的提高逐渐趋缓。同时,建立了微合金低碳贝氏体钢的变形抗力数学模型,回归分析结果表明与实测结果吻合较好。

Abstract:By compressing cylinder samples in Gleeble-1500 thermal analog test machine,the change rules of the deformation resistance of micro-alloy low-carbon bainitic steel under different deformation conditions are studied.The results show that the deformation resistance rises along with the increasing of the deformation rate and amount,and falls along with rising of deformation temperature,and the state slacken at higher temperature or higher deformation rate.At the same time,the deformation resistance mathematics model of micro-alloy low-carbon bainitic steel is established,and the calculated results accord with the experimental values.
