摘    要:涡轮增压器转子叶轮由于生产过程中的种种原因,造成动平衡时不平衡量过大。影响叶轮的形状精度和工作性能。根据陀螺在高速或稳定旋转时绕对称轴旋转的原理。设计了专用夹具,改进了叶轮的加工方法,使机械加工后的叶轮的几何中心和质量中心重合。保证了加工质量,提高了叶轮的工作性能。

Abstract:s:The unbalance of turbosupercharger's rotor impeller in the dynamic balancing is excessive due to various reasons in the production of it, this has negative influence on the shape precision and working performance of impeller. A special clamp is designed in principle of gyro's rotation around the symmetrical shaft during high-speed or steady rotation, this has innovated the machining of impeller, and the geometric center coincides with the mass center of machined impeller, hence it guaranteed the machining quality and improved the operation performance of impeller.
