Improvement of Bending Process for the U-Shaped Beam

U-shaped beam is a common structure on the mechanical equipment. There is interference between the U-shaped beam and upper die of the bender through common V-mold.By adopting reverse bending process, the bending process of the U-shaped beam is achieved without changing mold. The features of this manufacturing method are easy operation, short productive cycle, and it suit single and small-lot production.
