| 摘 要： | 基建矿井井筒揭煤时发生煤与瓦斯突出事故问题严重,因此在揭煤前必须详细掌握揭煤区域的煤层赋存、地质构造变化、煤层瓦斯基本参数的基础数据,严格按照《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》规定的石门揭煤两个"四位一体"要求进行设计、施工、检验,并注重揭煤新工艺技术、新型材料的引入,以实现安全、快速完成石门揭煤工作。
