大型油罐基础选型探讨

摘    要:大型油罐采用护坡式基础 ,应力扩散快 ,罐底板受力均匀 ,与计算假定比较接近。环墙式基础造成应力突变 ,对罐底板受力不利 ,在软土地基中会使环墙处的沉降形成陡降段。其次 ,当罐直径越来越大时 ,混凝土环墙的温度应力和干缩成为设计难题。因此 ,护坡式是大型油罐首选基础形式。护坡式基础在一般地基或处理过的复杂地基上是可行的 ,实践证明是成功的。

Abstract:Adopting slop protection base in large scale oil storage tank,the stress extends fast and distributed well at the bottom of the tank.The results are near to the calculation hypothesis.The ring wall base resulted in sudden change of stress and formed steep subsidence zone at the ring wall on soft ground base, being unfavorable to stress at the bottom of the tank.When the diameter of the tank becomes greater,the stress at the ring concrete wall and dry contraction becomes hard for designers.Thus the slop protection base is the first selection and feasible in general base and complex base which have been treated.
