影响需求侧服务的关键绩效因素

摘    要:供电企业的核心管理目标,是围绕资产管理和营销服务两个核心降低经营成本、提高经营效益和服务水平。同时,供电企业又承担着实施国家能源战略的责任,是电力需求侧管理的实施主体。根据内部管理与控制的需要,以及绩效管理指标的设立原则、理念,分析了影响需求侧服务的关键绩效因素。通过设立相应的同业对标指标体系,加强内部管理和服务,保证电力需求侧管理工作顺利开展。

Abstract:The core management targets of electric power supply company are reducing cost,improving benefits and service around assets management and marketing service.As implementing body of DSM,electric power supply company also has responsibility of implementing national energy strategy.According to needs of internal management and control and setting principles and ideas of porformence management indexes,key porformence factors working upon DSM service are analyzed.Internal management and service are improved by setting index system to guarantee smooth DSM work.
