摘    要:苯芴醇是军事医学科学院邓蓉仙教授等研制的一种抗疟新药,它的化学名是β-二丁胺苯-[2,7-二氯-9-(对氯苯亚甲基-4-芴]乙醇。由于该药在现有的抗疟药中具有全新的化学结构,临床上治疗恶性疟的疗效好和毒副反应低等特点,已于1990年获国家发明一等奖。研制成的含有苯芴醇与蒿甲醇的复方片剂,己与瑞士Ciba-Geigy公司合作在世界上60多个国家申请了它的剂型销售专利。但至今未见有苯芴醇在人体内代谢变化的研究报告。为了解苯芴醇在人体内是否发生生物转化,本研究应用质谱和液一质联用等技术对苯芴醉在人体内…

Abstract:Benflumetol was reported as a new antimalarial drug by professor Ron-xian Deng et al. The drug was awarded a first prize of National invention in 1990 for it's new structure, high effect for The treatment of pernicious malaria and low side reaction and so on. In this paper MS and LC-ESI-MS were applied to identify The plasma drug and drug's urine excreta of several male health volunteers after The drug oral administration.
