摘    要:针对控制系统中倾角测量问题,以SCA100T高精度双轴倾角传感器为基础,采用ATmega8作为控制器,设计了一款灵敏度高、可扩展性强的倾角测量系统。该系统既可以采用LCD显示器和串口超级终端预设信息,也支持软件编程的方式来读取和配置信息。该设计在塔式起重机上的应用取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the inclination measurement problems in control system, using ATmega8 as the controller, an inclination measurement system with high sensitive and strong expansitility is designed based on high-precision dual-axis inclination sensor SCA100T. The system not only uses LCD and serial hyper terminal to preset information, but also supports software programming to read and configurate information. The design is applied in tower crane and achieves good effects.
