摘    要:工艺系统管道的冲洗和系统内设备的调试是两个不同的工作内容,在通常情况下应是系统设备的单体调试完成后再进行管道冲洗,通过田湾核电站LCU系统泵组的调试与管线冲洗结合的成功应用这一实例,探索出系统冲洗与泵组调试同时进行的思路。提出安装与调试的有机结合可以缩短核电站等大型工程的建设周期,从而降低工程造价。

Abstract:Flushing of the process system pipelines and commissioning of the equipment inside are two different tasks. As a usual practice, the flushing of pipelines should be done after individual commissioning of system equipment has been completed. The commissioning of pump unit of system LCU is conducted simultaneously in this paper with the flushing of pipelines in Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant (TNPP). On the basis of such a successful combination, it is proposed that system flushing and commissioning of the pump unit be done simultaneously as a professional practice. It is shown that the organic combination of the two tasks in nuclear power plants and other large-scale projects can shorten the construction period and lower the cost of construction.
