细胞培养皿的介电常数测定

摘    要:针对细胞层次上研究8 mm波生物效应时对细胞培养皿复介电常数测试的要求,提出了在该频段采用平凹型Fabry-Perot腔结合标量网络分析仪对玻璃材料和有机材料两类细胞培养皿进行介电常数测量,测得有机材料培养皿的介电常数比玻璃材料培养皿更接近于空气,且有机材料的损耗角正切要小一个数量级,表明有机材料制作的细胞培养皿更便于毫米波能量由空气透射到贴壁细胞上。

Abstract:The complex permittivity of cell culture dish is required to be measured when we do the bioelectromagnetic researches in cell's level. A dielectrical measurement system that is assembled by the Fabry-Perot resonator and scalar network analyzer is presented. By this system,the cell culture dish that made from glass or plastic was measured. The permittivity of plastic cell culture dish is closer to air than glass cell culture dish and the loss tangent of plastic cell culture dish is also smaller. The result of the experiments proved that the plastic cell culture dish is advantaged for millimetric wave transmission.
