| 摘 要： | 结合工业回转窑窑体变形误差检测系统的研制,介绍了超声波测距技术的原理和一种8通道超声波测距的电路实现,并描述了该装置在回转窑窑体变形误差检测中的应用.该装置实现了对运转中的窑体变形量的非接触测量,测量精度比较高,能达到工业应用中的要求.

| Abstract: | In the light of development of an industrial rotary kiln's deformation detection system,this paper presents the theory of an ultrasonic telemeter and the realization of a 8-channel ultrasonic telemeter's circuit,and describes the application of this device to the error-detecting of the rotary kiln's deformation.The device can detect the deformation amount of a rotary kiln in a contactless way when it is running.The measurement is high-accuracy,which can reach the demand of industrial applications. |
