摘    要:运用智能模块IPM、SA8282三相脉宽调制(PWM)波形发生器等新型智能化器件,设计了一种能跟踪输入电压频率、输出电压幅值可调、输入电压与输出电压间相位差可控的三相交流逆变电路.系统在输出电压跟踪输入电压频率的同时,通过PWM技术实现了输出电压的整定,通过改变相位差输入电压设定值可方便地实现输出电压与输入电压间的相位差控制.

Abstract:Adopting the new intelligent semiconductor devices, such as IPM module SA8282, a circuit of three-phase AC inverter with synchronous frequency and the ability of accommodating phase angle error and voltage was developed. While output frequency tracing input frequency,output voltage could be adjusted based on PWM control,and it was com- fortable to acquire phase angle error between input voltage and out voltage by changing input control voltage.
