空气分级燃烧技术中两级燃尽风技术试验研究

摘    要:以神木烟煤和阳泉贫煤为试验对象,在一维火焰炉上进行了空气分级燃烧技术模拟试验研究。燃尽风输入方式(即两级燃尽风)试验结果表明,与通常的空气分级技术相比较,燃尽风分两股送入炉内不仅能有效降低NO_x的排放量,还能很好的降低飞灰可燃物含量,取得更佳的脱硝效果和燃尽效果。

Abstract:As Shenmu bitumite and Yangquan meagre coal were the reactants,simulation experiments of air staged- air combustion technology were carried on in the unidimensional flame furnace.The experiment of over-fire technol- ogy showed (two-stage air over-fire) that compared with common staged-air technology,two-stage air-loading can effectively diminish the displacement of NO_x,and reduce the combustibles in the fly ash,get the better effect of de- saltpetre and combustion.
