| Abstract: | In order to strictly control the investment in projects and improve the utilization benefit of funds, the supervision and control of the investment have more and more been an important and effective measure. Within the construction stage of the whole project, the continuous control of construction cost must be carried out by using scientific theory and method, the main points and measures of control must be defined, and the construction cost must be determined reasonably so as to improve investment benefit. |
