平头钢弹侵彻钢靶板过载特性的数值分析

摘    要:利用LS-DYNA软件,研究了平头钢弹侵彻钢靶板时的过载特性,针对几种典型的弹体初速度、弹体长径比进行了模拟计算,得到了各种条件下的弹体侵彻过载曲线,分析结果表明:着速、弹体长径比及弹体结构响应对侵彻过载均有很大影响,并得到一些定量结论,可为硬目标侵彻引信的设计及抗高过载加速度传感器的选择提供理论依据。

Numerical Analysis on Overload Characteristics of Flat-end Steel Projectiles Penetrating Steel Plates

Abstract:The overload characteristics of fiat-end projectiles penetrating steel plate targets were simulated using LS-DYNA. Based on typical penetration velocities and projectile slenderness ratios, simulations were conducted, and the corresponding overload-time curves of projectiles were obtained. The simulation results indicate that the impact velocity, projectile slenderness ratio and structural response of projectiles have in-fluence on penetration overload, and some quantitative conclusions are obtained. The simulation results provide theoretical basis for hard target penetrating fuse design and the selection of high accelerometers.
