镍电阻丝的制备及电阻温度特性

摘    要:针对某电阻温度传感器使用要求,研制了一种新型镍热电阻丝;通过制备了7种不同成分的镍稀合金电阻丝材料,分别测试了其电阻温度系数,分析了成分对电阻温度系数的影响;同时,采取不同的热处理工艺,分析了热处理工艺对电阻温度系数的影响;并测试了镍电阻丝的稳定性,最终制备了用于某型号电阻温度传感器的镍电阻丝,该镍电阻丝具有特定电阻温度系数和优良的稳定性能。

Preparation and Resistance-Temperature Characteristic of Nickel Resistance Wire

Abstract:A new type of nickel resistance round wire was developed for temperature transmitter. Seven kinds of nickel alloys were prepared and the temperature coefficient of electrical resistance was researched. The influences of nickel constituent and heat treatment on resistance were also studied. The nickel resist-ance wire prepared had excellent stability and special temperature coefficient of electrical resistance.
