电磁轴承系统模糊PID控制方法研究

摘    要:针对电磁轴承系统中高刚度与大范围稳定的矛盾,将转子运动范围划分成若干段,根据每一段系统性能要求设计相应的控制参数,利用模糊控制方法对PID控制器参数进行在线调整。仿真实验表明,设计的模糊PID控制器,有效地解决了系统中存在的高刚度与大范围稳定的矛盾,同时保证了系统良好的动态性能和鲁棒性能。

Abstract:Against the conflict between high stiffness and large-range stability in active magnetic bearing system, the motion range of the rotor has been divided into several segments. Relevant control parameters are designed for the system performance request of each segment, and the PID control parameters are adjusted online by using fuzzy control method. The simulation experiment shows that the conflict between high stiffness and large - range stability in system has been overcome effectively by the PID controller designed. In addition, excellent dynamic performance and robustness of the system are ensured.
