豆粕中大豆皂苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:对豆粕中大豆皂苷的提取工艺进行了研究,通过正交试验确定了从豆粕中提取大豆皂苷的最佳工艺条件,即提取温度80℃、乙醇浓度60%、料液比为1:20、提取时间2h,提取2次,提取物中皂苷的提取率可达到92.80%。

Abstract:The technology of extracting soybean saponin from soybean residue is studied. The extracting conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiments. It is proved that the optimum condition is 80 ℃ of extraction temperature, extracting for 2 hours twice, 60% of ethanol and 1 : 20 of the ratio of material and solvent. The extracting ratio of soybean saponin reaches 92.80 % under the best condition.
