三门峡水电站水轮机磨蚀特性的研究

摘    要:针对水轮机磨蚀特性,系统分析了三门峡水电站多年的过机泥沙数据,探究了水轮机磨蚀的部位与原因,指出了过机泥沙仍是水轮机过流部件磨蚀的主要原因,为黄河上已建、在建和待建的水电站水轮机的设计、运行和检修提供建议。

Abstract:In view of abrasion characteristics of turbines, this paper analyzes the long term data of sediment passing through the turbines of Samenxia hydropower station and discusses the locations and reasons of abrasion, and points out that sediment is still the main reason of abrasion of turbine flow-passing parts. It also provides guidance for the design, operation and maintenance of hydropower stations completed, under construction or planned on the Yellow River.
