RA330合金的焊接工艺研究

摘    要:RA330合金是镍铁铬系耐热合金,焊接热裂纹倾向较大,通过对其焊接性进行分析,选择适用的焊接材料和可行的焊接方法,并依照NB/T47014-2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》标准进行了焊接工艺评定试验,获得了能满足产品要求的焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,采用TIG焊接工艺、RA330-04焊丝焊接RA330合金能得到成形美观、质量良好的焊缝。同时,总结了RA330合金焊接特性,对其在工程施焊中有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:RA330 alloy is a type of iron-nickel-chromium heat-resisting alloy, the phenomena of welding hot crack will be easily appeared. In this paper, proper welding material and feasible welding method was chosen based on RA330 alloy' s weld-ability analysis; besides, welding procedure qualification test was carried out according to NB/T47014-2011 'welding procedure qualification of pressure-bearing equipment', and satisfactory welding parameter was achieved from the test. The test result shows that RA330 alloy welded with RA330-04 welding wire by TIG process could form a perfect weld joint. At the same time, this paper also summarized RA330 alloy welding characteristics, which will be a reference or guidance for its welding operation.
