| 摘 要： | 2009年颁布的新《邮政法》对快递行业的影响甚大，特别是对快递从业人员的素质提出了要求。由于目前快递从业人员素质参差不齐，远远不能达到《邮政法》规定的要求，而且也跟不上快递行业的发展步伐，因此快递人才的需求巨大。文章首先阐述了快递从业人员应该具备的素质，然后从学历教育、培训等方面探讨了快递专业人才的培养途径，以期能为专业人才培养提供一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The new Postal Law promulgated in 2009 has great influence on the express industry, especially the quality of the employees. The quality of the express delivery personnel is uneven and can not reach the requirements of the postal law, and also can not keep up with the pace of the development of the express delivery industry. So the demand for the talents is great. This article first discusses the qualities which the employees should have, and then, it expounds the training ways, hoping to provide some reference value. |
