制盐双向联产模式浅析

摘    要:针对我国盐田面积和淡水资源日渐匮乏的现状,以及制盐产业所面临的严峻挑战,提出由海水直接利用(作为火力发电冷却水)、(升温后)海水淡化、海卤水生物养殖、海盐生产和卤水化工等生产环节构成的全新的"电-水-生-盐-化双向联产模式"。通过可行性分析,认为这种制盐双向联产模式可以充分利用有限资源,有利于进一步降低淡水生产成本,消除环境污染,实现制盐产业的快速可持续发展。

Abstract:In view of the situation on the growing scarcity of the salt pan and the freshwater resource, as well as the serious challenge that the salt production industry faced, this paper proposed a new "electricity - water - organism - salt - chemical two - way joint process model", which included some production links such as the direct use of seawater ( as the cooling water in the thermal power plant) , seawater desalination ( after warming - up) , sea brine biological farming, sea salt production and the brine chemical industry. Through the feasibility analysis, this two - way joint process model for salt production can make full use of the limited resource, further reduce the production cost of freshwater and eliminate the environmental pollution, leading the salt production industry to achieve the rapid sustainable development.
