磷精矿中微量稀土回收的试验研究

摘    要:针对磷精矿中稀土品位低、成分复杂等特征,开发了二段酸分解、PHX直接萃取稀土工艺.磷精矿经盐酸低酸一次分解和硝酸高酸二次分解,磷的分解率达到了99%以上,稀土的总浸出率超过94%;在无需除杂、无需调酸的前提下,PHX直接萃取稀土的收率不低于95%.

Abstract:The composite technology, including two steps of acid decomposition and PHX extraction, was developed in accordance with the characters of phosphorite, namely, low grade rare earth and complicated components. The experiments show that the phosphorus leaching rate has achieved above 99% and the rare earth total leaching rate has surpassed 94%. And the receiving rate of rare earth was not lower than 95% by PHX extraction.
